Placements in Sport

S&C placements are offered to students studying Sports Exercise & Science or MSc S&C. We have a number of opportunities across the Midlands. Here are some examples of placements currently on offer:

The University works in partnership with a number of clubs and organisations and schools providing students with coaching opportunities from your 1st year of study which progress into placements in your 2nd year. Here are some examples of current placements on offer:

Performance Analysis provides team or individual athletes with the data and information to improve performance which can include the use of video footage where the university provides training with the latest technology. This role is a great opportunity for any student studying sport with a passion for analysis and improving performance. Here are some current placement roles on offer:

The University provides students with opportunities to work with some of our key partners such as British Judo, Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. and Walsall F.C., as well as university sports teams to develop industry skills relevant to a career in sport and exercise therapy.
