The Students’ Union
The University of Wolverhampton Students’ Union is an independent charity
that is run by students for students.
SU Bar and Café has everything from coffee and cold drinks to paninis and pizza to satisfy those hunger cravings. There is also a licensed bar which has everything from beer to cocktails.
Lecture finished, coursework complete, revision done, if you’ve got some spare time on your hands and a hobby or interest you’d like to share with other students, we can help you join or start a society. Joining a society can not only help you meet new people but also improve communication skills and confidence. For a list of current societies visit www.wolvesunion.org/societies.
During your time at University we want you to be mentally and physically well. Well@Wolves aims to provide you with all the information to LiveWell, StudyWell and FeelWell. For more information go to www.wolvesunion.org/wellatwolves
ARC is independent and offers free, confidential and impartial advice in areas such as academic, finance, health and wellbeing (welfare) and housing. ARC is here to support you at all stages of your University journey: before you enrol, during your studies and after you graduate. Go to www.wolvesunion.org/advice
A Totum card gives you discounts from a massive array of retailers and it’s exclusive to students. You can get hold of yours online at www.nus.org.uk.
If your assignments weren’t being marked on time or you felt there weren’t enough computers available for you to complete your work, who would you speak to about it? Apart from your Union Officers you can get in touch with your course/faculty representative, a fellow student on your course/in your faculty who’s volunteered their time to listen to student views and resolve any issues as necessary.
