Temporary printing arrangements for staff and students

Following the recent impact of the Cyber Security Incident, the printers around our campuses are currently out of action. You can still print using our on-site Digital Print Service team. 

As a result of the recent Cyber Security Incident, the printers around the campuses are currently out of action. However, our on-site Digital Print Services (DPS) team can still print.

Staff should email their printing to dpsproduction@wlv.ac.uk and include details of what they require and a Work Order to charge the job.

Students should email their jobs to dpsstudentprinting@wlv.ac.uk. Please include your name, contact details and what you require. Jobs can then be collected from DPS with cash payments due to being unable to take card payments currently. 

Both staff and students should save all files as PDF documents before they send them to DPS and provide full details of what they require including; size, single or double-sided, colour or black and white, paper type, type of finishing etc.
