Digital tip: Clearing your browser cache

If you are having problems accessing or using the Microsoft 365 Web applications on your browser, a quick and simple solution is to clear your browser cache. This will then make your browser fresh and new and should solve any problems you are having.

Be warned however, depending on the settings clearing the cache will remove any current logins for all services you are using, remove any passwords saved in your browser, site permissions, browsing history, and more. Therefore, if you clear the cache make sure you only remove what you do not want to keep!
