ASK@WLV City Campus reopens at Harrison Library
ASK@WLV is the first point of contact for all student enquires.
ASK can help you access wellbeing support services, complete your enrolment and module registration, and understand your course's rules and regulations. Our friendly and knowledgeable team of advisors are here to help you get the support you need to make the most out of your time at university.
ASK can be accessed any time online via evision; or over the phone by calling 01902 518518, and on-campus, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
City Campus helpdesk reopened
We're pleased to announce that the City Campus ASK@WLV help desk, which had temporarily been relocated to Housman Building (MX) over the summer, has now reopened within the newly refurbished Harrison Library, Ambika Paul Building (MD), with a fresh new look. You can access ASK from the Ambika Paul corridor and via the Library.
Walsall Campus
You can find the Walsall ASK@WLV help desk in the Performance Hub (WH).
Telford Campus
You can find the Telford ASK@WLV help desk in the Darby Building (SB), Telford Campus.
