global lunches chaplaincy cookery class

Talented chefs from the Chaplaincy's Global Lunch volunteers will be sharing recipes and techniques from their home countries

Why not expand your cooking skills over the summer?

Over 30 students have volunteered as cooks for the Chaplaincy's weekly free Global Lunch. Together they have served the cuisines of many nationalities and regions to an eager group of student diners. This summer a number of our most confident chefs will be offering an insight into preparing vegetarian food from India, Nepal, Nigeria and Malaysian.

These sessions are open to students and staff on Wednesdays until 21st August, from 11am. You can watch the chefs at work and ask them about their recipes, traditions and techniques, or you can come along at 12.30pm to enjoy the lunch.

Food is free but served on a first come first served basis.
