City Campus Standard Accommodation

Our standard accommodation is a great place to study and socialise. It’s within walking distance of lecture theatres, Asda and sports facilities.

A closer look at the facilities:

• Kitchens and bathrooms are shared with up to 6 people – there’s plenty of space so you’re not getting under each other’s feet.
• In your bedroom you can expect to find a bed, mattress, desk, chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, curtains or blinds for privacy, a bin and hand basin.
• To give you a helping hand our onsite cleaners will clean the standard areas daily (toilet and shower room) and then the kitchens are cleaned once a week.
• All bills are covered, including heating, internet, electricity, gas, and contents insurance, ensuring you have one less thing to worry about.
• We know that moving away from home for the first time can be a bit daunting, so our accommodation hub teams are on hand if you’ve got any questions.
• Kitchens come with all the essentials including an oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, fridge and a freezer.

There are 140 standard rooms available at our City campus.

52 and 42 week contracts, semester arrangements, undergrad and postgrad bookings are now being processed. (Any academic 24/25 applications made before 1st March 2024 will be eligible for a 37-week licence)
