The University of Wolverhampton is taking part in Universities UK’s Getting Results campaign to showcase the activity to support businesses in the UK’s recovery from Covid-19.

Following on from Universities UK ‘We are together’ campaign which highlighted universities' contributions during the pandemic, getting results showcases the role of universities in the UK’s recovery from Covid-19, and their desire to do more to form new partnerships with businesses and not-for-profit organisations.

The University will be taking part in the social media campaign which kicks off today (October 25) and will run until October 29, highlighting the successful relationships built with local businesses and the support on offer throughout the pandemic.

Professor Clare Schofield, Director of the University of Wolverhampton Business School said: “We are delighted to be part of the Universities UK campaign to be able to highlight just some of the ways we have supported different businesses during the pandemic.

“Here at the Business School, we are extremely proud of the range of expertise we have amongst our staff and students. We’re always keen to build relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs – supporting them in whatever way we can, no matter what stage they’re in.

“The pandemic has been a difficult journey for us all and extremely challenging for SMEs. I’m so pleased we have been able to provide the support for businesses to continue to thrive during this time.”
