Any invoice you receive regarding library fines will specify the books still outstanding or any late fines you might have accrued.

You can simply return any items to any Library (Harrison in MD building on City Campus, in the Performance Hub at Walsall) and your fine will be reduced accordingly.

If you have any queries regarding this invoice then please contact Sandra Carter on S.M.Carter@wlv.ac.uk or telephone (01902) 518779

To make a payment you can either ring (01902) 321230 to pay by card quoting the invoice number & your student number or see How to Pay for other options.

You can set up a direct debit to pay your accommodation in three instalments.

If you have any queries regarding our invoice, simply log an e:Vision Helpdesk call.

Please see How to pay for the various ways you can do this.

You are a UK/home student having problems with Student Finance England (SFE)

Please don't sit at home pulling your hair out! You can contact our Funding Support Team via email at money@wlv.ac.uk, phone on (01902) 321070 or log a Helpdesk call via your e:Vision account. Alternatively your Students' Union (both at City and Walsall) can help with your SFE information and we can ring them with you to sort out or clarify any issues.

You are an EU student with settled or pre-settled status having problems with Student Finance England (SFE) where your tuition fees loan is concerned

The most common problem is accidentally applying on the incorrect form.  As an EU student you may only be eligible for the Tuition Fees Loan for which evidence will be required.  As a new student you will need to fill out the EU21N form, if you are a continuing student then you need the EUPR1A form

SFE also have two useful factsheets that will aid in your applications - a list of EVIDENCE to send with your application - e.g. proof of identity or income and a CERTIFIER checklist for the person who verifies your evidence to sign.
