GCSE Equivalence Courses & Assessments

If you do not currently hold a GCSE qualification in mathematics, science or English then you may be able to meet this entry requirement for your chosen course using another route. The University offers 

- self paced online equivalence courses in mathematics & English - these courses are free of charge
- on campus, in person assessments in mathematics, science & English - these assessments incur a fee

If you are applying to a teacher training course (sometimes referred to as Initial teacher Training (ITT)) then you must sit the on campus, in person assessments.
